I was thinking of converting a 06 sentra rear drums to discs, im pretty sure that i can just take the rear disc assy off a SE-R and it would fit my sentra, all i have to do is reroute brake lines and e-brake cable.

Why would you want to? The Drum brakes on the sentras last forever. The rear disc brakes rot out every 15k
