After reading about all the front brake problems. Instead of going back to the dealer over and over. What is the best solution to fix it so that the brakes will stand up to the sxtra weight of the Armada.

I thought I read some where that some one installed 20" routers and Pads.

Or is there a better solution to fix the problem.

You dealer should have the solution by now. The latest bulletins call for replacing the front rotors, front and rear pads and resurface the rear rotors. The new brake pads are composing of different material and the rotors are bigger helping handle the heat better. At our dealer we have done many repair already with the new style of pads and rotors and until now we had no comebacks.
