Default "Clicking" noise from ECU

I have a 2018 Nissan Altima. My car just suddenly won't power on. Battery reads 12.3v but I also start to hear some "clicking" noises from the fuse box no #1 in the engine bay. Someone advised me it may be a relay but not sure if that's the case because I don't have power even at the cabin lights. Could it be that I have to replace the fuse box?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
