Default No power in radiator fan plug

Need advice in this mater, my radiator fan plug have no power. I bought a new relay and tested the new one in the three slots for fans, even use the a/c one,who is working perfect. Also check the fan fuse near the battery.

The Radiator Fan Motors are controlled by the Engine Control Module (ECM) through the Intelligent Power Distribution Module (IPDM). Either the ECM is not turning ON the fan motors, the Cooling Temperature Sensor is not working or there is a problem with the IPDM. You need to check with an OBDII scanner if the ECM is commanding the fan motor is to turn ON and if the Cooling Temperature Sensor is sending the proper signal to the ECM.

There's can be problems with the ECU, even when the a/c fan is working normally? They work separately right. The scanner i need is a nissan dealer one or a last model Snap-on could do it.

One thing you can do without a scan tool is an IPDM active test. This test checks the circuit from the IPDM to the rear defroster, wipers, head lamps, fog lamps, A/C compressor clutch and electric radiator fans. Once activated, it will go through the series of test three times unless you turn the key off. Here's a YouTube video showing it being done on a right-hand drive Altima, but it's the same on most Nissan models with an IPDM, regardless of left- or right-hand drive:

If that doesn't work, it would next be best to go to the factory service manual and do the appropriate diagnostic steps listed for your problem. We have some chapter sections in our "knowledge base" at this site, but if you don't find the chapter you need, you can find a free, complete, online FSM at NICOclub's website.
