Default Cluster lights go off when headlights go

I have a 2005 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL. I recently added a backup camera and two side mirror cameras and a new stereo with adapters to maintain Bose system and steering wheel controls. Everything works great then I added a Ryden BSS2 Lane change warning system. All works great except when I turn on my headlights my instrument cluster goes out also my airbag light flashes on the cluster. Turn off the headlights and the cluster lights work. Checked fuse for airbag. We did splice into the right and left blinker in the rear of the car in the reverse light for the Ryden BSS2. For the camera system we spliced into the body control module for the blinkers with a kit that comes with voltage regulator for two second hold. We installed all the radio and camera stuff first and everything worked great. So my suspicion is I bumped something fishing wires or when splicing into the blinker lights in the rear I caused the problem. I've checked fuses in the car and they look good Any suggestions also the fuse block next to the battery the writing is worn off on half of it so I have not checked anything in it.
