Exclamation 2005 Altima Stuck in Park, Battery and Brake light on

Have a 2005 Altima. The idiot light for Battery and Brake came on and are solid, not blinking. That that yesterday. Today the car started but would not let me put it into gear. just replaced the battery with in past 30 days. Dome light is working, brake lights work when pedal is pressed. Fuses test ok.

Is it M/T or A/T tranny. Do you have trouble starting sometimes? It may be your Park/Neutral Switch, if A/T. Or if CEL is lit Scan ECM first.
