Unhappy 2004 Altima 3.5L SE Blower motor resistor removal

I got the front screw out. but I cannot get the rear screw out. The problem is that the resistor is mounted vertically and you cannot see the screws. The rear screw you cannot see at all and there isn't any room to hold the screwdriver vertically because of the floor. My model uses the smaller black resistor for non-automatic temp control.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this part out. Also, it will also be hard to get the screws back into to hold it into place.

I usually just use a small screwdriver and feel for the screw. A small mirror also helps.
