Default Check engine, slp, and TSC off lights on

Just bought 2000 Nissan Maxima. Started it today and check engine, slp, and TSC off lights came on. Did some research and many say it could be the camshaft position sensor. I'm going to get it checked with engine coder but just thought I'd get some input before I end up down the rabbit hole following all sorts of answers. Any help is appreciated.

Well, a if there was also a cam position sensor trouble code stored, I would agree. The ECM disables traction control if an engine management system malfunction is detected, which would cause those warning lights to come on. However, they could also be caused by an ABS or traction control system problem, usually a bad wheel speed sensor. So, I would check the for ABS system trouble codes, which cannot be read by a generic, OBD II code reader; one would need a capable scan tool to read those codes.
