Default Double trouble, help!

My first problem is that my battery went dead in my 2009 Altima and I had to jump start it and bought a new battery from my local auto parts store. Well, when I got home my homelink would not operate. I think I lost power to the unit because I couldn't get the light on the homelink to flash. I checked every fuse to no avail. How is this system powered? Where is the fuse located?
Also my air stopped blowing through my vents. Every now and then it blows thru the vents but quickly stops. I know the blower motor works because I can hear it and I removed it and cleaned it and tested it. I also replaced the cabin filter. Could it be some so7rt of actuator malfunctioning?
