Default Nissan coolant

My 2006 Altima still has the original engine/rad coolant but only has 75000 km or 45000 miles on it. I did the acid strip test on it and it is fine. Can I leave it or should I completely flush the system and refill it with the new blue extremely long lasting Nissan coolant? I suspect that the rust inhibitors in it are far past their useful life but at least since it isn't acidic yet my head gasket should be fine.

Nissan green coolant is actually long-life coolant, albeit, not as "long-life" as the Nissan blue coolant that was introduced in 2010. Check your owner's manual, but I'm pretty sure the first service interval for the green coolant is 90,000 miles and then 60,000 miles thereafter. I think your coolant and its inhibitors are probably just fine. BTW, when I had my '97 Nissan Hardbody, I didn't change the original green coolant until 100,000 miles and when I drained it, it still looked the same dark green color as it did when it was new.
