Default Altima Electrical Problems?

Hey all, new to the site as I have just purchased a used 2012 Altima.

Noticed some minor possible electrical problems that I'm hoping are related and a quick fix but need some help.

1. From the driver's panel, I can lower all 4 windows using the switches, but can only raise the driver side window. The other three windows are only able to be raised using their respective switches.

2. The stereo LCD is extremely dim, to the point that I did not even know it was on. Just noticed that I can in fact see the station/time etc. displayed under optimal lighting.

3. The backlighting for the buttons on the center dashboard (AC/Radio) flicker, and one (the Tune/Seek button) usually is not backlit at all.

Could these all be a simple fuse issue? Input appreciated.

Default

Addendum: Yes, I have tried adjusting the dimmer. This does not alter the LCD brightness.
