Default Ignition problems

Hey guys,

So like the topic says I'm having ignition issues.
I'm not getting any spark to my coil I hot wired it and get juice so I know it's electrical. I,m thinking it could be my dropping resistor I changed this motor out and do not remember hooking anything around the strut up
But I have no idea what it looks like can any one supply a picture?

The drop resistor is located on the front side near top of left strut tower attached by bolts. Unfortunately, i cannot find an image on the net for your year of make of your vehicle. Hopefully someone else can further assist you.
