Angry Altima 2006 ABS , broken sensor screw

I was checking the pads on the rear left wheel , decided is the time to change the brake rotor , removed it and checked how the hub bearing is working ; found it turns with difficulty and wanted to see why , and removed it too . In my hand everything worked good : looked in the back of it and saw the ABS sensor , and though maybe it's because it . Wanted to unscrew it's screw and without effort the screw head broken . I red other post related to this failure too , seems this screw is a real nightmare and very weak as material . Is it on cupper or other material that ensure a better electrical contact ? Now , I need to know what parts I have to remove to be able to fix my problem and change with another - better screw ? what is it's dimension ? what steps do I need to perform to have access to drill the remaining part in the hub axle ? I don't have access to a lift to rise the car as in a car service station . Do I need to remove all the hub axle and the coil spring too ? what about wheel angles ? do I need to go to a shop after that to verify them ?

I don't thin the sensor is grounded to the brake assembly
