Default 1996 turn signal issue

First post...
1996 bought back from my ex. Runs great but the right turn signal blinks fast on the dash. Discovered the front light (passenger side) is not blinking/working, but the back is, so discovered my problem. Bulb and holder is good. Fuse is fine. No power to the socket. Any ideas?

This tip may or maynot be related but my passenger side headlight only gets about 2.5v. Related?
Thanks guys.

yes, RH signal and HL. refer to electrical manual (EL) under location of electrical units. manuals are in Knowledgebase at the top menu tab. if grounds aok, my next to look at is the flasher unit. you will see that in manual also. hope this helps.
