nissan altima stalling and stopping issues
I have a 97 Nissan altima gxe the car started stalling and poor idling. When i go over 40 mph the car will actually stop. When i go to start it up it takes a few seconds before it starts. The check engine light is not on but it pulled up one code p03325 the knock sensor i cleared the code the code never came back but the issues are still there. I use to could drive it about 20 miles before it idles and shuts off but now if i go up the street it will idle and shut off. I have done a tune up replaced spark plugs, oil, filters the maf is new. I have heard so many things i heard it could be cam/crankshaft sensors or the distributor or even the fuel pump any advice would be greatly apreciated

Was the Knock sensor ever replaced in your vehicle? So if the Engine Check Light was not on you had a stored code. Did this problem occur before or after you did the engine tune up?

No, i meant did your vehicle start stalling and stopping before or after you did the maintenance? Here are some threads i found that might help you in some way.

stalling issues
oh ok sorry the problem was there before the tune-up which was the reason why i had it done because i thought that was the problem I bought the car from a dealer ship when i test drove it it worked great, but when i got it home the next day the issues started because there was no check engine light i figured it needed a tuneup.

If you started having these issues the day after you purchased the vehicle then i would take the vehicle back to that same dealership and explain to them the issues you are having that should of been repaired before they sold it to you.

Check for oil leaking into the distributor or a vacuum leak at the intake manifold gasket.

When you check the distributor you need to remove the cover under the rotor.

if problem persists do fuel pressure test. could be fuel pressure regulator.
