Refer to my thread #7 so you understand what fuel trim is. Or further your reading on the subject. Your data is fine. The numbers with percent is the result of computer making calculations and making fuel adjustments according to driving conditions, load factors, etc. The numbers in voltages is feedback from oxygen sensors sent to ECM. LEAN: 0.1V; RICH: 0.9V. IDEAL CONDITION is 0.45v but rarely achieved while on the road.

Your MPG numbers I think your Math is suspect. Try your experiments on mpg one
more time. Then do again to verify the results.
