Default No Air Coming Out from Vents, PLZ HELP!!!

I have a 2005 Altima 3.5 SE, Automatic with only 97,000km.

When i turn on the heat and turn the dial so air blows from the front vents directly to the vehicle occupants, the air flow is not noticeable at all, barely any air is getting out. I have tired everything, opening the vents chaining the positions everything!! When i turn on the AC to full blast the air flow in the front vents is better but not 100%.

Seems like something is blocking the air flow, the air from other spots ( defrosters, legs etc.. are excellent, just the front vents are the problem.

Please help find the problem, it's getting cold and i'm running out of time.

Thank You

Have you try replacing the in-cabin air filter? If you have, then remove the blower motor and inspect the blower motor blades.
