Default Altima Fuse Block Connector

Any one have info on how to replace the Fuse Block connector on the positive battery terminal post on a 2004? Hoping this solve my issue. The issue is sometimes the car will only click and not start unless i jump start my car. I've had the car and electrical system checked. Batter Alt, and Stater all test good and car never acts up at the shop. That's why i thought i would try replacing the Fuse Block connector.

Thank you
