Stock OEM plugs are the best. Anything else is a large waste of money and could potentially cause misfire issues in some applications as noted.

This request is almost a year old. I have also noted that OEM plugs seam to the way to go next time. As of now I have put in NGK

Will the same sparkplug (Ngk) work on 2013 Altima's? And where do you purchase them? Sorry, never heard of the brand.

NGK is the largest spark plug manufacturer in the world and, along with Denso, are the two main suppliers of OEM spark plugs for Asian car manufacturers. These are the OEM NGK spark plugs for 2013 Altimas:

4-cyl, coupe: NGK # 9029
4-cyl, sedan: NGK # 94702
V6, all: NGK # 1406

You can buy them from almost any auto parts store. Advance Auto Parts and Autozone carry them. So does Rockauto.com.
