Default Catalytic converter and manifold replacement

My check engine light is on, showing catalytic converter, and the exhaust manifold is leaking. My question is about the O2 sensors. I want to replace the whole unit, catalytic converter and manifold, so what O2 sensor or sensors will I need? I have read so many different things I don't know what to get. The O2 sensor between the manifold and converter has 5 wires but all of the parts stores show either a 4 wire or 3 wire. I'm lost.

I have a 2.5. I have looked online mostly and they show either a four wire or three wire.

Get NTK #24404 (downstream) and #24320 (upstream). Rockauto.com has both of them for about $100+shipping and NTK is the OE supplier to Nissan.
