Default 40 amp ignition fuse blowing

Long shot here but if anyone has a guess....
2000 Altima but probably applies to other models.

All I did was change the radiator. Went to start the car, nothing. Fairly quickly found it to be the fuse so I put a new one in and instantly blew.

I did spill some coolant near the front radiator support area. None got on the battery or near the under hood fuse box where this fuse can be found.

The only electrical part of this job was to disconnect the electric cooling fans which aren't on the ignition fuse.

I'm very puzzled..
