Default 2015 Nissan Altima emergency brake drum

I changed out my pads and rotors the winter before last, brought my car in for an oil change, they told me the back are bad, and need to be replaced(which made no since) so I got pads and rotors and when I took the wheels off my rear was 75% front 85 % left. There was something rubbing on the rear ones though, I thought it seized, but it hadn’t, the insides of the rotors were worn down, and I think it warped the rotors. I adjusted the drums as that was what was rubbing. It was like night and day different’s from the last few months of driving. There was no pull back or anything, we were driving so smooth. As I came home from work today I noticed it feels like emergency break came back out!? Why is it doing this? And how do I fix it?

It's hard to say without inspecting the emergency brake shoes and cables. It could be the cable is sticking, or maybe the lining is coming apart or separating from the shoe and jamming the drum?
