Default Altima 08 2.5S Heat/AC Blower Replaced and still not working HELP PLEASE!

Got a Nissan Altima 2008 coupe 2.5S 5speed Water damage car
Replace engine e.t.c
Everything is working brought to Dealer for some things and they said the Heater blower motor needs to be replaced its not working!
I ordeder a new aftermarket part installed today and still dont work
I checked the 2 fuses on the bottom on the steering wheel and they are fine
Turn the knob on and checked the cables on the plug to the motor and no voltage
What do i check next

btw the ac works of course dont blow air!!!

the a/c manual for 3rd gen shows a blower motor resistor. unfortunately the 4th gen manual is not available. it should be similar tho so inspect that and or replace.

Ask the dealer why they said the blower motor needed replacing. Ask them if they checked for 12V coming TO the motor, and if they checked the ground circuit FROM the motor to ground (obviously they did NOT, if replaced without success).

have you tried verifying the contacts behind the knob?? Who knows if water got there and the potentiometer got rusty, if not then i guess you have to check the wiring...
