My advice also is to swap coil packs with another cylinder to make sure that coil isn't bad as well. The code will follow the pack if it's bad. You could try to put some rtv silicone around the top of the tube. If you look you can see the gasket around the top of the tube. I would recommend replacing the valve cover but IF YOU HAD TO you could try the rtv as a band-aid.
Another thing is you have had it misfire a bunch of times, the unburned fuel can damage your cat which in turn could cause material from the cat to be sucked back into the engine thru the exhaust valve and your engine will self destruct. So have your cat checked out and keep an eye out for a p0420 code. I only say this from experience with my 2004 altima 2.5s that is now having major issues that started with misfires.
