1. refer to engine control manual. if you have the VQ engine, you have two camshaft sensors. P0340 is bank 1 or firewall side.
2. do a spark test on just one ignition coil to see if you're spark. you can buy a spark tester for under $15. or buy a $3. spark plug, gap it. remove one coil and insert the plug at the end of the coil boot and crank engine. you can use your jumper cable as ground. during the day you may need help to crank the engine cuz its difficult to see the spark. at night just turn off your garage light and easy to see.
3. if you are not getting spark, replace your crankshaft sensor. hope this helps.
