They had the truck for 5 days and this is what they came up with!

I was able to get access to the 2007 and 2006 electrical drawings for the A/F sensor and they are in no way compatible. The ECM pins that receive the signals from the sensor are totally different. I have been sent on a wild goose chase!

What I intend to do is move the A/F sensor from the right side to the left and see if the failure follows the sensor.
If it doesn't, I will take the manifold off and look for cracks.

In hind sight I should have kept the old sensor around but I disposed of it.
