Default P0420 and P0430 after Timing Belt Change

Just had my timing belt changed at the dealer before I could get home (about 5 Miles) the Service Engine Soon Light came on. When back to the dealer. They told me I needed two new cats and a knock sensor ($3500) and that it was pure coincidence and could not possibly have anything to do with the timing belt change. I'm getting the following codes. P0420, P0430, P0328.

Is the dealer right that it has no connection to the timing belt change? It seems odd that it would happen right after.

What could they have done that is giving false codes? or what could they have done that blew out both cats?

Please Help.
