When an engine misfires, it can sometimes trigger non-related codes in addition to the actual code. For now, I would concentrate on the cam position sensor and ignore the P1800 code. Replace the cam sensor, erase the code and see if it returns. As far as the cam and crank position sensors on the 2.5L, it's best to stick with genuine Nissan or Hitachi parts. Nissan has a "sensor kit," P/N B3731-6N21A, that runs about $65 from the local dealer and about $50+shipping from an online dealer. If one goes bad, I get the kit and replace both at the same times. One of the sensors will have a white paint mark on it, indicating that is the crankshaft position sensor. I've run into problems, along with a lot of other people, with the aftermarket sensors.
