It's a real pain compared to earlier Muranos. You have to removed the right hand side finisher in front of the center console and to the left of the glove box, then remove the glove box, itself. If you look up a bit in the area behind the center stack, you should be able to see the cabin filter door. You have to reach up to get it. I found a thread at a Murano site that has some pics that might help you:
