Default Winter tire size 2002 Maxima GLE

I've just had 215-55-16 winter tires installed on my 2002 Maxima GLE. The OE size is 215-55-17.
The tire diameter is not the same so I know my speedo reading will be off. Are there any other issues with using this size for a winter tire? I note that the 2002 GXE model has the 16 size and that's what the tire supplier and installer used to determine the size. (Also the OE size and other sizes with a similar wheel diameter were out of stock).

Thanks.

No. My non-winter tires are 17" on 17" rims. The winter tires are 16" on 16" rims.
