Better gas milage?

I've got a 2005 Titan crewcab with the off-road package. It's all stock from the factory and I was wondering if there are some aftermarket parts that I can ad that will help it get better gas milage? Any suggestions?

Not really but a K&N air filter and a more open exhaust(catback system)would help alot.
