Wont start, flooded out to exhaust!!!!!!

I have an 87 nissan pickup with a 24Z motor. It was running fine but now it is dumping excessive fuel into the carb. The only way I can get it to start is by pulling the fuse for the fuel pump. It will run for a few seconds and die unless I put the fuse back in and then it floods once again. when I turn the ignition on it dumps fuel and when the motor dies it dumps more fuel into the carb. Ive done all the plugs and wires and the firing order is correct If I try and move the throttle while it is running for that breif moment it will die immediatly and dump more fuel. Is there anyone outthere that can help me??? After trying to start it for a while I noticed I was losing massive amounts of fuel and had gas coming out of the exhaust.
