Lightbulb Headlight wiring across all models the same?

Greetings everyone, I am upgrading some components on my wife's 05 Sentra 1.8S and was looking on ebay at the black se-r and spec-v headlights. I know the housings are backwards compatible. Is the wiring also identical? They are just standard bulbs on my wife's car and the lights on ebay. Also, are there any other SPEC-V/ SE-R specific parts that are backwards compatible to 1.8S but are not standard on 1.8S? Thanks in advance for all your help!
