Angry 03 Spec V Problems

hello to all. i'm new on here but need help.
my 03 spec V recently had exhaust problems. i bout and put on a new, full exhaust system. ran good for about 20 min.suddenly the o2 sensor bung on the mid pipe, blot in the hole cuz its not used, the blot wiggled out . it ran great before this happened. i replaced the bolt, tightened it down and now it runs like poo. idles rough. sounds like a subaru. really throaty. and blows white smoke out the exhaust about 3000 rpm. check engine light blinks. does the free flowingness of the new exhaust burn out the old o2 sensor? too much heat? i dont know where to start. just frustrates me cuz its my only dependable car.

u need to get u some o2 simulators for the two o2 sensors u took out. the two main ones in the upstream cant be changed but the other two are not needed and an 02 simulator should fix your problem

ya i got both the o2 sensors installed. the header has 3 spots for them. one is on an exhaust port, reads just one of the four ports. another is where the 4 - 1 starts. another before the down pipe. the last is on the mid pipe. i put the two in the same spots as the stock header.
as far as a cat is, i believe there is one. maybe its just a resonator. its a long tube like thing at the end of the mid pipe where the cat back bolts on.
thanks guys,

http://www.o2simulator.com/index.php...or_maintenance this is the site but its down for maint. but im sure u can call and talk in person get the universal ones . one o2 should be on the top where the fron of the engine is, the other one should be right below it and the the other two are on the exhaust are the ones u can use the o2 sim cause really they just moniter the flow nothing really needed. the two upstream one are needed for the(the two on the header is my guess) are needed and u can use a o2 sim on those
