Power windows and locks not working

2002 GXE - Power windows and locks all stopped working at the same time. Can hear a clicking sound from lower dashboard area (like a relay trying to engage) when Power lock button is pressed for lock/unlock. Nothing happens when the Power window buttons are pushed/pulled.

Bought car used last year, so of course it came with no operators manual - but found manual online which indicated this could be a bad fuse (manual did not indicate where this fuse might be located) but I did not observe a bad fuse in the dash fuse box or in the engine fuse box.

Any suggestions?

The most likely cause is a broken wire. This year sentra is known for it.The wire I suspect is white. It comes out of the fusible link box next to the battery and travels down across the lower radiator support and then back up to the relay box near the passenger fender. See the attached diagram.You will need to check for power at terminal # 5 on the relay connector. No power then you probably have a broken wire.
