Smile Nissan Sentra 2007 2.0S Transmission fluid

My Sentra 2007 has 40,000 miles and I was told by the dealer that I need to change the CVT fluid. They are charging me 180.00 dollars for that.
Can anyone give me instructions on how to replace the CVT fluid?.
Is there a good site where I can buy tramsmission oil for my car?
Videos, pictures and or links will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The only place you can buy the cvt fluid is from a nissan dealer. DO NOT TRY TO USE A DIFFERENT FLUID. It will destroy the transmission. The cvt fluid costs about $20.00 per quart. It is a simple drain and refill procedure. Remove the drain plug from the transmission pan. Replace the crush ring on the drain plug. Reinstall the plug and refill the transmission with new fluid through the dipstick tube. Start by filling it close to the full mark without the car running. When you get it to the mark then start the car and recheck it. You want the fluid to be at the full mark with the engine running and the transmission in park.
