Hello Joe
Welcome to the forums! I think is time for you to call Nissan consumers affairs (1-800-647-7261) and have a real tech repair the your car. The gas gauge circuit is very simple and with only two components: Gauge and sender unit. The problem is either one of those two component or a bad ground wire. Most likely they already replaced the fuel sender unit. The next step is to check the condition of the gauge, and if the gauge is OK then the wire is loosing the ground signal.
