94 nissan sentra headlight stuck on
I have a 1994 Nissan Sentra. My passenger side headlight stays on (with the headlights turned off and the key out of the ignition. - - - I do not have daytime running lights.) I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to see if that might reset something, but no luck.
Any help diagnosing this problem would be greatly appreciated. |

i would guess that it is the switch. check your manual and look at a wiring diagram.

Try to follow your harness from your headlight back as far as you can go. See if any part of the harness is rubbing against metal and is now bare or frayed.

a frayed wire in the harness wouldn't cause 1 light only to illuminate. if you had a wire or two frayed, it would cause a short. of course there may be a relay in the system that is bad.
