The cause of the problem could be the ignition coils. There is a bulletin for that problem: Knowledgebase - 2002 Sentra - Nissanhelp.com Forums

did you replace the crank shaft postion sensor and the cam shaft senosr or just cam shaft sensor twice? same part, but located at the bottom of the motor near the transmission. i had the same problems and code with my 03 SE-R and everything cleared up after replaceing both sensors. also from my research, the OEM part is a better solution than the after market options. $40 from the dealer.

well i did replace the same one twice so I replaced the other one
and all seems fine today. It is confusing when you look up the
part it is the same part # and i assumed there was just one
not two of the same part with different names.
thanks for the help

Have an 02 Sentra and am reading a code P0340. Changed the sensor 1 time and it still stalls after replacing. The battery and cable connections are fine, the car is getting fuel. The same code shows after you crank the engine after stall.

Possibly wiring from sensor to PCM!

I would've replaced both the cam and the crank position sensors with the Nissan "sensor kit" made available when Nissan recalled the sensors. Stick with genuine Nissan parts when it comes to these cam position and crank position sensors! Also, refer the following TSB linked below to see if it applies to your vehicle:
