Default 2003 Spec V P2138 SES Light

So I got this code the other day it said throtle position sensor so I replaced the whole throttle pedal assembly and I'm still having the problem intermitently when cold it is just started engine cold or if I give over 1/2 throttle it'll cut out and not rev (I guess this is safe mode) does anyone have any suggestions to start looking for bad wires? where do these wires run? near the back of the engine or front? any help locating the wires would be great. thanks

Did you perform the acceleration pedal position learning procedure?

Accelerator Pedal Released Position Learning

DESCRIPTION

“Accelerator Pedal Released Position Learning” is an operation to learn the fully released position of the accelerator pedal by monitoring the accelerator pedal position sensor output signal. It must be performed each time harness connector of accelerator pedal position sensor or ECM is disconnected.

OPERATION PROCEDURE

1. Make sure that accelerator pedal is fully released.
2. Turn ignition switch “ON” and wait at least 2 seconds.
3. Turn ignition switch “OFF” wait at least 10 seconds.
4. Turn ignition switch “ON” and wait at least 2 seconds.
5. Turn ignition switch “OFF” wait at least 10 seconds.

Hi, new on the site... Need help on TECH Info on the proximity of the Throttle Pedal Sensor to the Throttle Body. I wanted to know if the Sensor is integrated to the Throttle Body that I will need to have the Throttle Body replaced when the Throttle Pedal Sensor goes bad; or can the Throttle Pedal Sensor be replaced independently without replacing the Throttle Body.
Input will be appreciated... Thanks..
