Default Need Control Valve

Just wondering if you still had any of these control valves still available. Are they new? I have a 2005 Xterra and dealer said the vent control valve needs replacement. Thanks, Mike

I can still get one. The prices have gone up a little in the past month. I can get you one shipped for $60.00. They are new and still in the package.

Is this located in the rear by the fuel tank? That is where the parts guys told me to check for it. I just read my code this morning, and mine is bad. Do they just plug in? or do they need any sort of programing?

Thanks
Adam

no programing needed, but please wait untill the photos of the canister and valve opening are put on the site to avoid damaging canister when removing valve.... i believe someone will do it by the end of the week.....

I found the procedure in the service manual, is there a different method I should follow when removing it? Where would the photos of the canister be uploaded?

No. The vent control valve only affects the emissions system.
