Default Replacement Tire suggestions

Looking to replace the Conti 4x4 Contacts that were OEM on my 08 Rogue. They have 40k+ miles on them and are feeling a bit sketchy.

I need an All Season tire as I don't want/need dedicated snow tires.
So far, Yoko Avids and Conti DWS are rolling through my mind.

Default replacement

Check out tire rack and America's Tire Co for lots of reviews. I read on another forum the Yoko Geolander is a decent tire. It is a more aggressive tire though.

We put the Michelin Latitude Tour on our Pathfinder and it is super quite. Has worked well in rain and what little snow we get in Portland, OR. I can recommend these tires. We haven't gone off road so I can't say how they will do on the gravel/mud.

In another year I'll be in the same boat as you with my 2008 Rogue. I may get the Geolander as it is one of the few tires made for SUV/Crossover vehicles.
