computer problems 2004 Quest

I dont know I dont see many dealers seeing it that way. I think that should be warranty if it is under time and mileage. *yr. 130000km.

I also have an 04 Quest with ECM problems - rust corrosion basically shorted out! Need help to get this covered! Please!

2004 Quest Owners with ECM Rusting problem:
Pls check the pictures below and compare if ECM for 2004 and 2008 Quest. Is still in the same location?

I'm also trying to figure out if there's a way for us to cover it to protect it from rain.

pls look @ the 1st and 2nd closeup picture. Does that looks like corrosion starting to form?

pls look @ pic 8 and pic 9, you can see 3 holes. Is that the culprit? Should I cover it without any problems?

The pictures above are showing where it is on the 2004 Quest. On the passenger side, right below the wipers.

my main computer went last year - mine was covered under warranty - I was told by my mechanic that the mfr. has to warranty the computer for 8 yrs/150km - since I was within these parameters Nissan covered it - I do not know if this is a Canadian specific warranty - worth checking it out considering the cost to replace these things is upwards of $3000!!!!!
