Question jerking while braking

I have a 2005 Quest SL 5 speed auto... when your braking around 20 mph you feel a jerk while slowing down. Not all the time but mostly when car is warmed up. The have changed my motor mounts and tranny flush. The check engine light hasnt come on so my mechanic is at a loss. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

They were supposed to use what the manual said. Problem was I just bought this car and no one was sure if the tranny was maintained. The jerking started 4 days after i bought it prior to the tranny flush.
