Default 98 nissan quest.. can't replace pcv due to hose.

Is there an easy way to get the hose to come off the pcv valve? The clamp on it has no life left in it and it just spins around the valve but i don't want to brake the hose. This is my friends van and i'm doing a surprise tune up since he doesn't know anything about engines. Any help would be nice or a video lol.

After getting the clamp off, let it fall down the hose, push hose off towards teh firewall.
