Exclamation 2004 quest engine cradle bolts

Driver side front cradle bolt that comes up from frame through engine cradle with bushing was found cracked in half when removing nut. Found when moving engine to change VC gaskets. Looks like it had been tack welded together in the middle ??!!!? Is this bolt pressed in through the frame or welded on??? Appreciate the help. With half a stud and bushing in place it seems safe to drive to a Frame Shop if it is welded in.

and the next trip is to the mechanic I had change out the motor mounts last year!!!! "Is something you'd like to tell me???"

Thanks

It is welded. Why did you remove the engine to replace valve cover gaskets? Seems like a little over kill.
