Quest 2006 performance chip help ?

Nissan Quest 2006 PERFORMANCE CHIP ?
Has anyone used a performance chip for their Quest?. I have attached the chip instructions. I am looking for some feedback on this module or others like it. They claim to increase 45 HP & increse mileage substancially. The brand I bought is ACCEL RACING and it hooks right into the (IAT SENSOR). I would appreciate any feed back on this item or others like it, also does & dont's of this application. I am also looking for a Intake system for this van.

I have never installed that Chip, but I think what the chip is doing is making the engine run rich, thus you will feel more power and better performance, but I doubt it will improve the gas mileage. You can produce the same effect on your car by advancing the engine timing.
