Unhappy 99 Quest, idle problem with foot on brake in drive

This is a good one. My 99 Quest with foot on the brake and in gear thumps every once in a while as if the engine was going to cut-off, nothing happens while in park or neutral and it seems to do it more often when it rains.
It has 160k miles and I have always gone by the book when it comes to maintenance.
So far I have cleaned the IAC valve and throttle, the EGR valve, changed fuel filter, air filter and used a can of Sea Foam to no avail.
It has not given me any check engine light and I know the light works.
Any ideas, please send them this way.

One or more of the cylinder may be misfiring. The problem could be due to a bad or clogged injector. I suggest performing an injector flush.

Check this bulletin: Knowledgebase - 1999 Quest - NTB01-033a - Nissanhelp.com

Ignore the engine code.

Thanks for the response. The hesitation is not too severe and because there is not MIL "on" I am more inclined to wait for one to show up before I send some good money on a wild chase.
I least I have an idea about what to expect. Thanks again.
