2002 QX4 O2 sensors and MAF

Evening,
I recently purchased my first Nissan - a 2002 QX4 with 130k. I'm happy with my purchase overall, but unfortunately the service engine soon light came on when I started it today.

I pulled the codes and the truck is reporting all of the oxygen sensors are bad. That sounds pretty unlikely to me.

P0031 (O2 Sensor - Bank 1 sensor 1)
P0037 (O2 Sensor - Bank 1 sensor 2)
P0051 (O2 Sensor - Bank 2 sensor 1)
P0057 (O2 sensor - Bank 2 sensor 2)

P0158 (Faulty Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2)

I know there's a TSB out to replace the rear oxygen sensors and reflash the ECM so that it does not heat up the O2 sensors as much/as quickly, but I'm not convinced that all four sensors failed at the same time.

The QX4 feels like it's running rich. Acceleration is normally smooth (very smooth) except between 55-70mph, there's some hesitation and vibration/sluggishness from the engine. I don't know what kind of gas was run through it prior, but I've put two tanks of 91 through it. I did put in a small bottle of Lucas fuel treatment (not sure if that was a good idea or not).

So, here are my questions - first, any thoughts as to the real cause of all of the O2 sensor codes? Would it be worthwhile for me to replace the MAF (using Maxima P/N 22680-2Y001) and see if that provides any improvement, or am I resigned to replacing all of these sensors?

Thanks in advance for any help!

All thoses could be set by a blown #25 fuse.

NissanTech,
Thank you VERY much for your reply. I pulled fuse 25 this morning and sure enough it was blown. Replaced it and reset the SES using the 'gas pedal' method. Things are looking good so far. I've ordered a new MAF to see if it helps with the hesitation between 55-70mph.

Thanks again. Very helpful.

I drove around town and made a few stops today - when starting my car to go home the SES light came on again. Same codes as before, and the fuse was blown again. I'm going to try to look for a visible fault with the wiring to the oxygen sensors tomorrow. If anyone else has ideas, let me know.
