Abs brakes/slide/ C1105 – RR RH Sensor 2???
I'm wondering if anyone has had the same problem. My ABS brakes are activated all the time for normal breaking. I know there is a service bulletin for this- but I'm not sure if Nissan would pay for it. It is a manufacturing defect. I took it to the dealer and he said the error code was C1105 – RR RH Sensor 2. He was waiting to see if the claim for the customer before me who had the same problem was going to go through. Anybody else have this problem? Will Nissan pay for this? Is there a difference between a recall and a service bulletin??
Any help is gladely appreciated. (2004 Maxima) |
It is covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles for the right side only. The left side is 3 years or 36,000 miles.

I contacted the district manager and he said the claim has gone national. I'm still waiting for an answer.

I'm under 5 years and they still can't give me an answer...

I just started having problems with my abs and i have 119,000 miles and i was wondering how i would figure out which sensor that would be out.

I took mine to Nissan and they hooked it up to the diagnostic computer. They told me what was wrong with it.....Having researched it online. Many people who have these abs problems have tried fixing just the sensor and ended up shortly after having to replace the entire thing....(I forget the name of it). Everyone with an 04 seems to have this problem.
